Viral Games Console (“Viral Games”, “we”, “us”) operates the gaming platform located at https://viral-games.app and its related services, including integrations with Google APIs. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, use, store, and share personal data, including Google user data, when you interact with our applications.

We collect the following information directly from you when you use our services:

• Account identifiers (username, display name, email address)
• Authentication tokens and session identifiers
• Gameplay history, preferences, achievements, and leaderboard statistics
• Device, browser, and IP metadata for security and debugging
• Support communications and feedback you voluntarily submit

When you choose to sign in with Google, we additionally request the minimal Google OAuth scopes necessary to authenticate you:

• Basic Google profile information (name, profile image) via `openid` and `profile`
• Google account email address via `email`

We do not request access to Google Drive, Gmail content, Calendar information, or any other sensitive or restricted Google APIs.

We use the data described above to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your Viral Games account
• Sync your profile, avatars, and saved progress across sessions and devices
• Personalize gameplay recommendations, leaderboards, and notifications
• Monitor service performance, debug issues, and protect against abuse or fraud
• Send transactional messages (such as important service updates or required legal notices)

We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or other unrelated purposes without your consent.

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We only share data in limited situations:

• With infrastructure and analytics providers (e.g., DigitalOcean, logging/monitoring vendors) who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To enforce our Terms of Service, investigate potential violations, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Viral Games, our users, or the public
• With your explicit consent or at your direction

We may publish anonymized, aggregated gameplay statistics that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual user.

User data (including Google user data) is stored on encrypted databases hosted by DigitalOcean in the United States. We implement layered security controls, including:

• TLS encryption for data in transit
• Encrypted storage volumes and secure credential management
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to authorized personnel
• Continuous monitoring, regular security reviews, and vulnerability remediation

OAuth tokens issued by Google are stored securely and are never visible to other users. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy when accessing or storing Google data.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to deliver the service or to comply with legal obligations:

• Account and profile data: retained until you delete your account or request removal
• Gameplay statistics: up to 24 months after your last activity, then anonymized or deleted
• Support correspondence and security logs: retained for up to 12 months for troubleshooting and fraud prevention

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, we remove or anonymize associated gameplay data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may also revoke Viral Games’ access to your Google account directly from the Google Account Security page.

Subject to applicable law, you can:

• Access, update, or correct your profile information inside Viral Games
• Request deletion of your account or specific data by emailing help@viral-games.app
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
• Revoke Google data access through Google’s security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have violated applicable privacy laws

Viral Games is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly and notify the appropriate guardians.
